Welcome to Mrs. Lynch's Class
I remember coming home from school and curling up with a good book. Often when I am reading I get so involved in the story that I am deaf to the world around me. If a book is terrific, I am saddened when it ends. I love to read. I read everyday and I bet you do too! Books, magazines, newspapers, poetry, comics, or even the cereal box at breakfast, provide us with endless sources of literature. Reading and writing are a necessary part of our lives. As such, we should embrace the written word and learn to use it to the best of our abilities. In the process of learning to read and write I hope you learn to appreciate and enjoy doing it. Our class is embarking on an academic journey to discover the world of literature. What you discover and how you use it will depend on your personal goals.
